Your hardware, racked and operated by us.
Run your own servers inside the Tier III data centers we already use in Tallinn and Amsterdam. We arrange the rack space, power, cooling and redundant connectivity, and provide the engineering hands to keep everything running, 24/7.
Tier III facilities
Redundant power, N+1 cooling and concurrently maintainable infrastructure at the data centers we use.
Carrier-neutral
Connect to AMS-IX, multiple Tier 1 transit providers and direct cloud on-ramps.
Remote hands
Reboots, cable swaps, hardware installs, performed by our on-site engineers and included in every plan.
DDoS protection
Optional volumetric mitigation up to multi-Tbps at the network edge.
Engineers on-site
Hostander engineers are physically present at both Tallinn and Amsterdam, your rack is never far from a real human.
Compliance ready
ISO 27001, GDPR-aligned operations and full audit trail for your equipment.

Common questions
Can I ship hardware directly to the data center?
Yes. Send the gear to us at the receiving address we provide for your chosen location, and our on-site engineers receive, verify, rack and cable it. We send back photos when it's racked and online.
What if I need more power than the listed plans?
We can arrange higher-density racks (up to 15 kW with dedicated cooling) at the data centers we use. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you support hybrid setups?
Absolutely. Many customers run colocation alongside our managed VPS or dedicated servers, connected via our private 10G network, billed as one service.
Which carriers and IXPs are available?
Amsterdam offers direct AMS-IX peering plus multiple Tier 1 transit providers (Cogent, Lumen, Telia, Arelion). Tallinn connects to TLLIX and the major Nordic/Baltic carriers. Cross-connects to specific carriers can be arranged on request.
How does physical access to my equipment work?
Authorized contacts can request 24/7 escorted access with prior notice, coordinated by us with the data center. Both facilities use multi-factor access control (badge + biometric) and full CCTV coverage of the racks.
Do you provide IP addresses or do I bring my own?
Both. We allocate IPv4 and IPv6 space from our own ranges, or you can BGP-announce your own ASN over our network. We help configure the BGP session free of charge.
What does "managed colocation" mean compared to standard colocation?
Standard colocation just gives you space, power and bandwidth. Managed colocation adds proactive monitoring, OS-level management, security patching and incident response on the equipment you ship, so you don't need an in-house ops team. We don't own the data centers, but we manage everything inside your rack.
Are the data centers certified?
Yes. Both data centers we use are Tier III certified, ISO 27001 audited and operated to GDPR-aligned standards by their respective operators. Audit reports and compliance documentation are available to customers under NDA.
Is my colocated equipment under EU jurisdiction?
Yes, exclusively. Both Tallinn and Amsterdam data centers are operated by EU entities and your hardware sits on EU soil. No US authority can lawfully compel access to it through us, and we don't run on any American cloud.
What happens if my hardware fails, do you have spares?
We don't keep spare parts for customer-owned hardware by default, but for an additional fee we can store spares on-site and swap them under your direction. For mission-critical setups, we recommend N+1 designs.
Not sure what you need?
Our engineers will design the right setup for your workload, at no cost.
